Personal Utopia: Designing Your Ideal Society Utopia: Harmony Oasis Introduction Utopia, a state of imaginary community or society with ideal perfection. It often comes to the minds of human beings and becomes the living environment we yearn for. Undeniably, today's society is full of disputes, hence a peaceful and united place in the world is what we dream of. Now, let me share some ideas about the utopia in my imagination in the aspects of governance, education, healthcare, environment sustainability, and community life. All of us, regardless of race and gender can have equal status, and leaders of the world are chosen based solely on their abilities, leadership, and the will of the people. In fact, these are due to the national borders which divided the world into many other countries. There are 195 countries in the world today, with 193 from the United Nations while Vatican City and the  State of Palestine are the two countries of non-member Observer States (Saunders, T., 2024). However, would you sometimes think about the question, what if a world where national borders do not exist? Would humans live more peacefully and comfortably due to no conflict from the different countries and cultures, or vice versa? Now we will discuss the effect on each sector if a world does not exist with a national border. Effects on Personal Identities A world without borders will weaken the concept of national identity, and give way to global and regional identity. There may be only one nationality for everyone

W3: The Future of Work: Jobs of 2050 Geotechnical and Environmental Engineer Introduction With the advancement of technology and modern science, people nowadays put most of their attention on technology development causing a lack of attention to environmental matters and protection actions. Although we can see many advertisements to remind us of ecological protections such as 3R (Recycle, Reuse, Reduce), not everyone will act on it. In this case, Mother Earth will be facing very serious crises such as global warming, the greenhouse effect, and other natural disasters. In 2050, there are likely to be worse conditions on Earth. Therefore, there is a need for certain scientific researchers or environmental protection actors to carry out discussions and decisions on ways to deal with these problems.
